Future Plans

Apart from continuing existing activities, Sangathan is proposing to enhance activities in the field of skill development, improving govt. ITIs which is at present governed by industries’ representative committees. With an aim for a double digit growth of Industrial Area clusters, the Sangathan also play an important role in development of local infrastructure, trying to evolve projects under PPP mode.

Going forward, the Sangathan is proposing to form a group of industries who have surplus capacity or intending to create additional facilities for defence manufacturing. In this context there is immense support from Retd Army Veterans. Due to the immense potential in this sector, stemming from the Govts goal of complete AtmaNirbhartha in Defence Production, there is a proposal to create a dedicated Wing under a Retd Colonel of the Army, as PAS Defence.
